It's a stock tuned harmonica, played in first position.

You can hear from his chording that no reeds have been retuned.

He's bending Draw 1, Draw 3 (down 3 semitones), Draw 6 and also playing overblow 6 to get a sort of middle-eastern/gypsy sounding scale.

I have my own ideas about this rendition.   BUT..I'd like to hear if anyone else can determine if he is playing a "stock" instrument...or if there are retuned reeds..or if he is working primarily in second position...etc..etc...
